Tamale DelightÂ
36 Nabisco Triscuit Original Crackers    1  16 ounce jar of Pace Picante Sauce
1 doz.  Scottâs Hot Tamales             1  8 oz. can of black olives, sliced
1  8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheese     1  Jar of jalapeno peppers, sliced             1  8 oz. pkg. sour cream                1  pkg. green onions, sliced

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Place crackers on baking sheet, cut each tamale into 3 pieces and place one piece on each cracker.  Place ½ tsp. of cheese on top of each tamale. Place in oven for 3-4 min or until cheese melt.  Add  ½ tsp.  of picante sauce, ½ tsp. sour cream. Garnish with green onion and black olives or jalapeno peppers,  both if desired. Serve.Â
