Shipping Policy:
Our tamales are shipped using FedEx and UPS. A confirmation number will be provided. Make the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the scheduled date. Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. If the shipment is damaged or doesn't arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us immediately for further instructions. A refund or reship may be offered but not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for factors outside of our control including weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, lost/stolen packages, unsuccessful delivery attempts and/or other elements that may cause transit or delivery delays.
